The mission of True Management Services, LLC (TMS) is to assist community-based organizations and non-profits in implementing their mission.

Established in 1994, TMS is a consulting business registered in the State of California. With a team of ten, the majority of TMS’s work over the past 28 years has been in rural California counties.

Our clients are focused on frontline social service issues including homelessness, affordable housing, prison re-entry, foster care, domestic violence prevention, and refugee services. We have service delivery language capacity in Spanish and Russian and the ability to provide in-person and/or virtual technical assistance and training throughout California. Our portfolio includes multiple off-the-shelf trainings and custom-made project management supports, tools and products.
